NMLC seeks a positive, motivated and self-starting individual to handle its day to day/monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting; help run an efficient, smooth and effective office and facility; and to support other organizational administrative activities as needed. This full-time office position reports to the Executive Director, works closely with other staff and professional service providers; and, depending on need, may be asked to supervise a bookkeeping contractor and/or an administrative assistant.
Must have at least an Associates degree in accounting and 5+ years accounting and office administrative experience (nonprofit experience preferred) and be proficient with Excel, Quickbooks, MS Office, and database management.

Starting salary range $50,000-$55,000 per year, DOE, plus annual paid leave and health benefits.
