What Personally Identifiable Information of Yours is Collected?

Tax Status
The New Mexico Land Conservancy is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with a certification of Good Standing and Compliance under the laws of the State of New Mexico and is tax-exempt.  Easement donations and monetary contributions to the New Mexico Land Conservancy may be tax deductible in accordance with IRS rules and regulations.  The Staff and Board of Directors cannot provide financial, tax or legal advice and recommends that you speak with a qualified financial or legal advisor when planning a contribution to our organization.
